Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Accessibility & Parking
Access to our practice is on a single level. A hearing loop is installed in the waiting area and portable hearing loops are available during your consultation. Please mention this to the receptionist when you arrive so that this can be arranged for you.
Our premises provide easy access for patients with mobility problems.
There is a designated parking bay to the front of the building, with automatic doors to access the surgery and accessible toilet facilities off the main waiting room.
At our Moulton Surgery site we have a small car park. Space is limited and therefore we ask patients who are able, to walk to the surgery. If you need to park on the road please park considerately. A designated space is available for disabled drivers.
