Our Patient Services Team Leader is Dionne Goodluck.
Our Patient Services team will be your first point of contact with the practice, helping you to access an appropriate service to meet your needs and dealing with your queries. They are specially trained to do this.
Their job can be both busy and challenging particularly during peak periods at the practice first thing in the morning so please be patient if they can’t get to you straight away, either by answering the telephone or in person. This will always be because they are assisting another patient.
